Install your assistant
Use Claude Code desktop or ChatGPT — a real Mac or Windows app you sign into once.

Download
cOS.zipand unzip it into your Documents. No terminal, no setup. -

Open it and onboard
Claude Desktop: Code → New → open your
cOSfolder.
ChatGPT: New → Project → New project → Use an existing folder → yourcOSfolder.
Then say “onboard me” — a ten-minute guided setup, once. From then on, it just knows.
